Formula 1 CNC Machining

We work closley with companies such as Xtrac, Mclaren Racing Ltd, Spyker, Super Aguri, Williams and TRL machining specialist High Precision parts for all aspect of the race car. Because we operate state of the art CAD/CAM technology and run multi-axis machine centers we are able to accept solid models and run them directly through to our shop floor. This is ideal for the constantly changing world of Formula 1 and motorsport in general where prototype and small run batches are required quickly.

One Hit Machining

We offer specialist at 3-D machining and are able to machine complex shapes with curved surfaces in a single hit. This saves time and because the machines are multi-axis, increases accuracy. Also, because we undertake CMM directly from 3D cad files for the inspection of machined components we can ensure the highest possible quality 100% of the time.
