We undertake the manufacture of mechanical and electro-mechanical components and assemblies to customer specifications. Using our 3203ft2 mezzanine area we are able to dedicate manpower across the following areas:
Fixtures, Soldering, Riveting, Helicoiling, Lead Wire Cutting, Connector Assembly, Drilling, Grinding, Tapping and Bench Work. For large contracts we are also happy to install specific manufacturing equipment for dedicated production cells.
All components can be labelled and packed to customer specification, either in tissue paper, bubble wrap, or customer supplied storage bins.

We operate 10 CNC turning centres producing high-volume, engineered components while maintaining quality, efficiency and cost-effective solutions.
Our CNC milling services offer bespoke, complex components engineered to the highest spec using state-of-the-art Hurco® technology.
We operate 3 CNC milling centres with 4-axis capability. 4-axis milling allows machining of curved and complex profiles with fewer set up changes.
Using Hurco® 5-axis CNC milling centres, we produce greater consistency across tighter tolerances, continuous path surface contouring, reduced set ups and higher rates of material removal resulting in shorter production times of complex and precise parts.
We offer a range of specialist, precision engineering services including conventional milling, jig boring and electrical discharge machining.
